The complex features a wheelchair-accessible pool, steam room, and a lift for easy entry. It's also worth noting that there is a dedicated “P” parking spot and guests have to walk about 16–20 meters to the entrance. The pavement however from the parking area is heated and the front door opens automatically, and there are no thresholds in the way.
Additionally, private changing rooms offer an inclusive space designed to welcome transgender individuals, non-binary visitors, intersex guests, families who require extra privacy, and people with disabilities with a helper of a different sex. Each private space is fully equipped with a shower with a seat, toilet with supporting rails, and additional supports, enhancing comfort and privacy for all who visit.
