Hótel Klettur

Hótel Klettur is an elegant first-class hotel located a stone’s throw from the center of Reykjavik.

 The hotel has 166 rooms. The ground floor has a comfortable seating area. There is also breakfast room offering a tasty breakfast included in the room price. In addition, there is a beautiful lounge and a game room.

The hotel’s name derives from the large boulder (‘klettur’ in Icelandic can mean either ‘large boulder’ or ‘cliff’) which has been left in site on the ground floor of the hotel. It appears to be bursting out from the wall. The overall appearance and design of the hotel is inspired by Icelandic nature and, more specifically, Icelandic rock formations.

Lounge and Game Room

Cosy lounge area on the first floor and small TV corner for the kids. So the kids can enjoy some children material while the grown ups relax in the lounge. Pool table and Fussball table available also

Bar

The hotel bar is on the ground floor and has an excellent selection of Icelandic ales. 

Breakfast

Breakfast is offered daily between 7 am to 10 am. For those who enjoy an early start they offer early breakfast packages. The buffet included cereals and sandwiches, fruits, break, yogurts, cheeses and pastries.

Happy Hour

Happy hour is daily between 6 pm and 8 pm offering 2 draught beers for one.

Internet Connection

Free wireless WI-FI in all rooms and in the reception.

Parking

The only hotel in the city center with a private parking.  30 parking spaces in the car park. When checking in, guest will need to require a parking space in the reception.
