A fun weekend getaway and a chance to get to know both the natural and urban side of Iceland! First allow our experienced guides to show you the city of Reykjavik on Friday, with the amazing Fly over Iceland included and soak in the famous blue lagoon where a drink is also included. On Saturday we take you to some of the breath-taking natural Icelandic sights during the Prime Golden Circle. Witness the powerful Geyser that shoots up into the air every five minutes, and the magnificent golden waterfalls known as Gullfoss. Finally on Sunday you travel along the south coast of Iceland and see wonderful waterfalls Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss. Our guide will pick you up half an hour before departure, or between 09:30 and 10:00 am. Next, we take off and explore the historical and architectural side of the city of Reykjavik. This includes the Pearl, the fairy tale like Hallgrimskirkja Church, the old town of Reykjavik, Harpa concert hall and the Reykjavik harbour .
We end the city tour by stopping at the new FlyOver Iceland experience. FlyOver Iceland utilizes state-of-the-art technology to give you the feeling of flight. You will hang suspended, feet dangling, before a 20-metre spherical screen while the film whisks you away on an exhilarating journey across Iceland. Special effects, including wind, mist and scents, combine with the ride’s motion to create an unforgettable experience.
After the city tour we drive to the Blue lagoon. There you can bath in the silicon-rich water, which is a very special experience. The environment surrounding the lagoon is an active geothermal area. Here you can see how the lava has poured over the landscape and hardened into lava formations. After the bath our coach will drive to Reykjavik for check-in to the hotels/hostels.

Our guide will pick you up half an hour before departure, or between 08:30 and 09:00 am. We start by heading out east and visit the historical Thingvellir National Park. Here the parliament of Iceland was founded in 930 AD. Here you have a chance to explore a canyon that is literally located between the European and American continents. Thingvellir is the true pride of all Icelanders, and its beauty will surely leave you speechless. Next, we drive further into the highlands and visit the the geothermal park of Geysir. Here you can witness the geyser "Strokkur" spout towers of hot boiling water into the air. The area has small hot springs bubbling peacefully along the pathway. Finally, we visit the amazing golden waterfalls of Gullfoss, one of the iconic waterfalls of Iceland.
Pick up is between 08:30 and 09:00. We´ll take you along the south coast of Iceland, one of the country´s most scenic regions, as far as Vík. Vik is a charming village surrounded by high beautiful bird cliffs. Along the way we stop at the famous Seljalandsfoss waterfall where you can walk behind the waterfall itself and through to the other side. We'll also stop at the majestic and much photographed Skógafoss waterfall, with its impressive 60 m drop (196 ft). We visit Skógar Folk Museum and get a taste how Icelanders lived in past centuries.
